Answers to questions raised

We have received several questions from participants regarding the official location, subscription and how to get to the different bodies of water.

Below we will briefly explain how it will work:

Subscription:

1) The official subscription for the tournament can be done via the luremasters website

2) If you encounter any problems please use the contact form to notify us. You can ask your questions in English, Dutch, German, French (Yes all of those)

3) Your subscription is only final after full payment

4) Subscriptions are processed in the order of payment, if you subscribe but fail to pay another team may take your place.

location:

1) The official contest location is Citta Romana in Hellevoetsluis

2) Thursday before the start of the tournament you are to report here for the boat check and to draw a starting water

3) There is a deal with Citta to rent houses at a reduced rate

4) You can share the house with other teams, post a message on the Luremasters Facebook page to get in contact with other teams.

5) Every day there is a wrapup which is to be held in Citta Romana. Here, we hope to serve a meal for all participants

6) The official prizegiving is also to be held at Citta Romana

Matches:

1) On Thursday a start water is drawn. This will determine the order in which waters will be fished

2) Getting on the water for the day is done by driving your car and trailer to the trailer ramp and putting your boat in the water. The ramp is also the official place where the day will start so you have to report here.

3) At the end of the day you put your boat back on the trailer so you can report at the next body of water the next day.

We krijgen wat vragen over slaapplaatsen in het toernooi, inschrijven en hoe je op het wedstrijdwater komt.

Hieronder leggen we even kort uit hoe het gaat werken:

Inschrijving:

1) Officiële inschrijving voor het tournooi vindt plaats via de Luremasters website

2) Als je problemen hebt met inschrijven, gebruik dan het contactformulier.

3) Je inschrijving is alleen geldig na betaling

4) Inschrijvingen worden verwerkt in volgorde van betaling, als je je inschrijft maar niet betaald dan kan een ander team je plaats innemen

5) Graag het gehele inschrijfformulier invullen

Lokatie:

1) De officiële wedstrijdlokatie is Citta Romana in Hellevoetsluis

2) Donderdag voor aanvang van het toernooi meldt je je hier voor de bootcontrole en om een startwater te loten

3) Er is een deal met Citta om tegen een gereduceerd tarief huisjes te kunnen huren (link naar nieuwsbericht)

4) Je kunt de huisjes delen met andere teams, plaats hiervoor een bericht op de Luremasters Facebook pagina

5) Elke dag vindt de dagafsluiting plaats op Citta Romana. Hier hopen we ook een maaltijd te serveren voor alle deelnemers

Wedstrijden:

1) Op donderdag loot je een startwater waarna je de resterende dagen doorschuift naar de andere 2 wateren.

2) In principe trailer je op het wedstrijdwater, je rijdt dus naar helling waar tevens de start voor die dag plaatsvindt.

3) Aan het eind van de dag trailer je dus je boot om de dag erna naar het volgende wedstrijdwater te gaan.
